I so want to do the above. Obviously in another country. In other words, I want to go on a vacation! Suguna went to Japan, Gaya went to Melbourne and they have been raving about it. I want to go to Japan and Melbourne tooo! =(
I went for my TP test yesterday and I failed. Sighs. Those who have done their driving knows that if you strike the kerb during the narrow course (S-course, crank course) you will get 10 points. And I strike the kerb twice. Bleh! The best part is during my warm-up I did perfectly fine. Sighs. Everything happens for a reason.
I counted and realized that if i had not striked the kerb, I would have passed! Damnn itt! Ok la, must admit that I was freaking out inside as well. Hahah. Can't blame me ok! Oh well, my aim is to get it before my birthday and I know I can fulfill it! On a random note, my tester was/is a nice man. =)
Anyways, can someone remind me again why chewing gum is banned? Cause I think some people forgot the reason. I took bus 961 yesterday near Bukit Timah and I felt something drop on my head. Thinking the air-con was leaking I just brushed my hair one side. Nearing to Woodlands, I realized I had a bit of gum stucked on my hand. Thought I must have got it from holding the handle or something. But to my horror today morning, I found some gum on my HAIR!!!! Thank god I managed to get it removed and not chop it off. Sighs.
Anyways! A much better update will be done soon! I promise. =)
Till then!

Something happened to my earlier blogskin =(
Anyways, did this quiz after spotting this on Gaya's blog. Seems quite accurate. A bit freaky too.
Get to Know Yourself Better
Your view on yourself:
You are intelligent, honest and sweet. You are friendly to everybody and don't like conflict. Because you're so cheerful and fun people are naturally attracted to you and like to talk to you.
The type of girlfriend/boyfriend you are looking for:
You are a true romantic. When you are in love, you will do anything and everything to keep your love true. ( =) )
Your readiness to commit to a relationship:
You are ready to commit as soon as you meet the right person. And you believe you will pretty much know as soon as you might that person.
The seriousness of your love:
You are very serious about relationships and aren't interested in wasting time with people you don't really like. If you meet the right person, you will fall deeply and beautifully in love. ( True True)
Your views on education:
Education is very important in life. You want to study hard and learn as much as you can.
The right job for you:
You're a practical person and will choose a secure job with a steady income. Knowing what you like to do is important. Find a regular job doing just that and you'll be set for life.
How do you view success:
Success in your career is not the most important thing in life. You are content with what you have and think that being with someone you love is more than spending all of your precious time just working. (Wow! That's exactly how I feel too!)
What are you most afraid of:
You are afraid of things that you cannot control. Sometimes you show your anger to cover up how you feel.
Who is your true self:
You are mature, reasonable, honest and give good advice. People ask for your comments on all sorts of different issues (yep!) . Sometimes you might find yourself in a dilemma when trapped with a problem, which your heart rather than your head needs to solve.
Your Personality
Your kindness is your charm - you are also gentle and sweet. Everybody likes to be around people with your personality. Like a psychologist, people like to talk to you to discuss their problems because you are proper and discrete, as well as confident. You look mature and people respect you. People with this kind of character are few and far between.
//UPDATES//
School has been ok. As usual can't wait for this module to finish. This time is not intensive and surprisingly I am missing the intensive classes. Maybe cause I can expect to finish the module within 2 weeks. But with the current one, my module will only end on Apr 17!
I have booked my TP and spent a bomb on my revision classes. It better be worth it. Hahaha! Will let you guys know when I have passed only. :P
Finally, managed to meet Durgz for our much-awaited meet up. Actually it wasn't pre-planned but those are the ones that tend to remain in your memories. =) Headed to Gelare and had a real fun time!

First she combs her hair.

Then she adjusts her fringe using the screen of her MP3 as a substitute of a mirror.

All these just to take this picture. Tsk...

My SIM classmates came over last Sunday to do our project and they ended up staying over unexpectedly. Yesterday they came over again and this time they brought their clothes as well cause they were overnighting too! But these cuties were so sweet to buy a whole load of stuff for my house cause they felt bad to come empty-handed. Aiyoh! We all slept at 5am after doing project work and most got up in the afternoon for a spread mom prepared for them.
Some of the pics taken yesterday in the wee hours in the morning.
Left to Right: Alice, Clara, James, Chinghau (my wonderful classmates, friends =) )

The stuffs that they bought. Most of it are going to be finished by the boyfriend. I just know it.

Baby and I were able to meet over the past few weeks though I was juggling work and school but I guess even a few minutes do count. Yesterday was our 4 years anniversary. Wow, time definitely flies. We had our ups and downs and I am glad that he still chose to stay with me despite my countless break-ups I initiated. Yeap, apparently I don't think before I talk when I am angry. I am glad that he's the level-headed guy in the relationship for the right things but some can be exceptional eg:
BF: Baby, I ask you one question ah?
Me: OK!
BF: What's the female name for papaya?
Me: Eh? Hmm... papayee? <- don't even ask! BF: NO! MAMAya..
Me: *thinks why did I even bother calling him?*
BF: Baby, what is the dish that only children can eat?
Me: erm.. heinz?
BF: NO! It's CHILDish
Me: Grrrrr!!!
But yeah, I am grateful for the daily dosages of love he never fails to give even if I am angry. I am glad he finds me pretty even though I just woke up with an oily nose. I am glad that he always keeps my feelings in mind first before saying anything. I am glad for him not commenting on any girl for the past 4 years even though I have done it. Haha. I am proud that his love has never wavered and has increased even more. At the end of it, I am glad that he's mine. =)

Happy 4 years baby! Life's been a bliss with you =)
Can't wait to meet Gaya tomorrow! She's gonna feed me pancakes and make me a happy little girl! =)

Hello everyone! I am back and I know not many people read this blog or maybe they just don't tag me. But anyhoo, I know you guys are getting sick of how busy I was to blog but but but that's the truth!
Caught a couple of movies this month with the girlies and my baby. Watched He's Not That Into You with Meenz and Durgz and I must say I enjoyed the movie. Drew's friends were so funny and though it was funny, there was a painful truth beneath all. Just because a guy is there for you and does things for you doesn't necessarily mean he's into you until he says it. Hmm.. speaking of the movie, I just realized Durgz has not uploaded the pictures!!
Watched Marley and Me and I LOVED it. Loved the dog most and as usual being animal lovers, baby and I ended up tearing towards the end. It was even more embarrassing because the bf's eyes were red and he kept sniffling here and there. Looked like we had an arguement and he's crying.. Sighs. Well, after watching the movie we decided we are not going to get any animals as we will get too emotionally attached to it and will probably end up in depression.
Watched Slumdog Millionaire and it was very interesting. Hate the part where the bad guy(forgot his name) will burn the small boy's eyes to make him blind. It's to make him look more pitiful so that he will earn more money by begging. It was so damn painful watching it. I am not going to say more in case anyone hasn't watched it yet. But if you have the time, you should go watch the movie. Worth the money!
Met babyboo to watch My Bloody Valentine on Sunday at Causeway Point not before meeting Durgz and her sis a couple of minutes as they were there to shop. My Bloody Valentine is really bloody and damn gory. Got a mild headache after watching it. The storyline is quite vague. Overall, an ok show only. Because I had a bad Saturday, baby bought this gorgeous Mickey cushion at More Than Words to cheer me up! Currently, it's at my office. Heh. Love you baby! It definitely did cheer me up.
We had some time on our hands, decided to walk back home. Found a nice bench near my place and sat there. The last time we sat there was during our first year. Haha. So anyway, we spent some time talking quality stuff and I just hope everything planned goes smoothly. Just keeping my fingers crossed.
Anyways, picture time!
Valentine's Day 2009
My Vday gift for him - French Connection watch
At Jurong Point's Anjappar's Restaurant. Those the service was bad, the food kinda made up for it. Pardon the tired me, as I only had 3-4hrs of sleep the previous night.
My new hair colour plus a temporary hairstyle which lasted less than 48 hours. :P

And I think I shall end it here.
Till then, c'ya peepz!

I took a long hiatus and I know that. This might sound like a repetition but it's not that I do not have anything to blog, but I just have no time.
Having said that, my last class ended on Monday and I am enjoying my well-deserved holiday minus the work. Lol. I am finally able to breathe again and know what is it like to be back home early.
School has been going on great for me. I really enjoy my classes and my classmates especially. They are fun bunch to be with. My academic results are good as well. Currently have 2 distinctions, aiming for HD(high distinction) too!
There's just too much of events that has happened so far. Try to recall as much as I can.
Chinese New Year ChaletIt was fun fun fun!! It was with my bestie's family and I had loads of fun especially in Wild Wild Wet. Sadly I got more darker! Sighs. But nothing can beat the fun, the BBQ and the games especially. My dad was on an extra high and was very noisy. Surprisingly, my mom came out of her shell and sang together with the rest when we had a song competition between the young ones and the old ones.
ThaipusamThaipusam '09 was fantastic. Started out with the mom and I travelling in the back of a lorry together with bestie's family at the wee hours in the morning. Damn shiok. Don't understand certain things.
Why do people rush and try to cut queue?I mean, Lord Murugan is still going to be at the same place at the Tank Road temple. It's not as if he's going to be taken away, so why bother to cut queue? Do it slowly and think about the goodness of Lord Murugan and I am sure it will be worth the walk rather than cutting the queue, hitting people and not even saying 'sorry' or ;excuse me'. Goodness! Wonder why do such people resort to such things?
Valentine's DayWasn't really looking forward to Vday because my major presentation was due that day! But got it over and done with school by 4pm! Rushed to meet babyboo who was waiting patiently at Clementi Mrt Station with a bouquet of tulips and a present. Sadly, I couldn't buy anything beforehand so headed to JP first. Was contemplating between a watch and shoe and decided on watch finally.
Got him a gorgeous French Connection watch which he loves! And baby got me this big teddy bear which I have affectionately named as 'Backside'. Backside is being a real
backside cause he's distributing his fur everywhere! Headed to JP's newly opened Anjappar and though the service wasn't up to my expectations, the food was. Had great early dinner and headed to my aunt's place for another round of biryani!
Can't really think much and I think I might be having writer's block or maybe I just need to sleeep!! :P
Can't wait to meet up with the girls and Gaya! Need my daily dosages of my girlfriends.
I will upload pics soon, pls bear with me!
Will be back with a better post! =)

Vaaranam AayiramThere's a lot of talking going about this movie and I am glad it's for the better. Firstly, cause I am Surya's fan and secondly cause the movie is absolutely mind-blowing! For once, Kollywood has not given us any typical masala mix and it's really refreshing to see such movies in the cinemas. Makes it feel worth it for the 10 bucks that you paid. Some parts between Divya and Surya reminded me of baby and me. The way she said she waited 5 years for him. haha. Coincidentally, baby took 5 years to tell me that.
Anyways, absolutely love the song 'Annal Melai Pani Thuli'. It's also a plus point that all songs from Vaaranam Aayiram is pleasant for the ears. Went to watch it with Meenz and Durgz first then followed by watching it with the boy a couple of weeks later. Pictures are in Durgz blog for your viewing pleasure. Hehe. Time to meet up with those two. Missing them already. ):
Karthigai
Took leave on this day to go see Kavadis at Tank Road temple. By the time I got back, think I got a shade darker man. It was freaking hot but of course the company made it a joy to be with on that auspicious day. Don't have much of the photos as I did not bring my camera. Managed to get a couple from Durgz only.
This is my fav.

Again, pics are Durgz blog (i think) for viewing pleasure. lol.
Bhajans
Bhajans has been going on wonderful. It's Lord Ayyappan's season and this whole month has been filled with bhajans, bhajans and loads of bhajans. Practically all our weekends are booked and it feels damn good to be singing for God and to be of service for him. Can't wait for the 28th as it is a very big event for the group and the best part it falls on my dad's birthday, even better!! Can't wait!
Met up with Gaya on Sunday despite my busy schedule. See the love I have for you Gaya! Hahha. Anyways, met up with her at the newly extended Jurong Point and though I was a tad disappointed I couldn't walk around but it's ok. Starbucks is all what Gaya and I needed. haha
Ordered our current fav Green Tea Frappe and gossiped chatted the night away. Well not the night away, as we added something different to our usual routine. We decided to take the risk and watch SRK's latest movie and I must say I wasn't disappointed. Like Meenz said, it was a 'feel-good' movie and I agree. This I can upload the pictures as most was taken in my cam. :) High time I should bring my camera out more often man.

Missing her already. Can't wait for the next Starbucks session babe!
