Hmmm.
Was supposed to go out with my best friend, Durga, on Sunday. But certain things got misunderstood in the whole e-conversation earlier part of the week. Guess some much needed time is missing out. Well, it takes two hands to clap and I
really hope we can get to go out at the end of the week. :)
Saturday was spent out the whole day. Went to JP with Gaya for some kickboxing. Damn good! Met my baby and we had a horrible lunch at Fish & Co. Please don't go JP and eat in Fish & Co. Firstly, the service is bad. No one attends to you and their quality of food is really bad. I still prefer the one at The GlassHouse. After that, headed to Vivocity and did some unintended shopping. Got myself nice pair of bronze slippers, one perfect
yellow eyeshadow colour which I have been finding and a gorgeous pink lipstick. Book lovers!! Please do go to PageOne in Level 2. It's damn huge and even half an hour wasn't enough for me. Walked out with 2 books. I am gona go again! I just getting this sudden surge of happiness when I see loads of new books in front of me. :)
Followed by meeting parents and Rajan uncle's family in CP. Followed the kids to the nearby Pasar Malam and had to go on the mini-viking with Roshini as she was too scared. My bf and dad had to accompany her as well. *slaps forehead*
Sindhu mentioned about blogging on what couples could do on V-day. I am not really sure on what's the most romantic thing to do but I am just going to do my best. Here it goes,
Common ones can be booking cable-car for sky dining or a romantic dinner at Mt Faber. But not necessarily at this two places. You can decide your own romantic place. Maybe at Upp Pierce or Seletar Reservoir or Mt Emily and have your private romantic dinner. You can bring those tea candles and your own/packed food.
Those who can afford to splurge might want to try out
My Secret Garden. It's one of the places that I really want to go but have not. If not you can try out the restaurants at Dempsey Road or Chijmes. These are for those who want to bring their partner for dinner/lunch.
For things to do, I am not too sure. Maybe u guys can go play kites like little children or have your pigging out session under the block or even have a movie marathon in your home but whatever it is, it's you who knows best on how to surprise your lover.
So have fun planning.
