I am full of smiles right now.

I sent in my application to SIM for a bachelor's degree in Mass Comm by RMIT and guess what?

Never in my wildest dream did I expect to get in. Because of the not-so-good remarks I got from the people in SIM itself. It will be a tough fight for me cause there will be students from JCs, Polytechnics applying for the course and look at me, just a diploma and an advanced diploma from a not-so-good private insititute. When I got home, the envelope was at the dining table.

But still, you will never know till you try and boy, was it worth it or what? *beams*

I was wondering why they gave me such a big envelope and stupidly thought that they might have returned my application as well. Hahaha. But God had other plans for me. :)

It's still fresh in my mind, how I read and how I reacted. Stood rooted to the ground for a good 5 minutes because I just couldn't believe it. Got my dad to read it and he was ecstatic. Wahahha.

I am over the moon as Gaya claims. And definitely I am, because it's something I have been wanting to pursue and also something I want to make my parents proud of.

National Day started of with a bang. Went to meet Durga, Punetha, Kirthi and Bhavani for lunch at Tekka and later headed down to Padang to catch the fireworks with fellow patriotic Singaporeans. It was Durga's birthday and here's wishing the 24yr old happiness, success and good health! Your present is on the way! Hahhaa. Loads of photo uploading needs to be done!

My fast is going to end on this coming Sunday. One month has just whizzed past me and time seems to be passing by damn fast. It feels like I just started my fast not too long ago.

That's about it my dearies.
